Michelle Wheeler is a television and film producer, assistant director and writer. Wheeler has been working in the entertainment business since 1996 and has worked on a variety of productions. Television credits include everything from Christian ministry shows to NASCAR webseries and promotions. Wheeler co-produced the feature film Jesus People (2009) and currently works as the Lead Film Producer for Starving Artist Productions based in Charlotte, NC. Starving Artist produced three short films in 2011 (Ladies Room, Little Star and It’s Been An Honor, Mr Lucas), and is currently in production on an original comedy series called One & Done.

Wheeler graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Communication Studies department at Emmanuel College in 2002, and from the University of Georgia’s Grady College with a Master of Arts in Mass Media Studies in 2007. She lives in Fort Mill, SC, with her husband, Paul, and son, Cooper.
