The Accounting Services Department exists to maintain the financial records of the College efficiently and effectively, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and produce reports that meet the informational and decision-making needs of both internal and external constituencies. We strive to assist students, employees and other customers with their financial matters in a prompt, courteous and professional manner while safeguarding the assets of the College by operating within a strong system of internal control in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.

How much do I owe?
View your Account Online at MyEC.ec.edu.
When do I have to pay?
All Student Accounts must be Paid-in-full by July 15 for Fall Semester and December 15 for Spring Semester.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made online at MyEC.ec.edu, to the Cashier in Aaron 103, or mailed to Emmanuel College, PO Box 129, Franklin Springs, GA 30639.
When will I get my refund?
When financial aid awards exceed the cost of attendance, excess account balances are refunded to students approximately four weeks after classes begin, and thereafter as needed.
How will I be paid?
Over the next few weeks, Emmanuel College will be changing from our current refund disbursement program, Acceluraid, to the new “RefundSelect” with Heartland ECSI. With RefundSelect, you get to choose your method of delivery:
- Option 1: Direct Deposit – into any pre-existing checking account of your choice
- Option 2: Student Checking Account – you directly apply to open a new account especially designed for college students providing easy access to your funds
- Option 3: Paper Check – sent via US mail to your address of record
All students will receive an email notification as soon as the RefundSelect website is available. Then, all you have to do is go to the site and make your selection. It’s that simple. In the meantime, current students may continue to receive deposits to the Emmanuel Prepaid Card through Acceluraid until May 15, and you can continue to access your funds until June 15 by spending your funds at any location where Discover is accepted, by withdrawing your funds at any Pinnacle Bank ATM (no fee), or by transferring your funds to a pre-existing bank account. After June 15, the cards will no longer be active, and any funds remaining on the cards will be automatically disbursed via paper check and mailed to the address of record.
