Pam is a retired teacher from the Hart County School System with thirty-four years of experience in the elementary school grades, K-5. After serving twenty-seven years as a classroom teacher, she became the Title I Specialist for five years; whereas, her final two years of employment were spent as Elementary Academic Coach. Pam and her husband have two, grown children. Her son, Chris, is an investigator with the Hart County Sheriff's Department, and her daughter, MacKenzie, is a registered nurse at Athens Regional Medical Center. Pam's husband owns and operates Carroll Furniture Co., Inc. in Royston. They are active members of First Baptist Church Hartwell and her hobbies include reading, event planning, and coordinating weddings. Pam says, "I am so excited about this new adventure with which God has blessed me! I truly believe that teaching is the hardest job you'll ever do, but it is certainly the easiest to love!"
