Paul Oxley holds a B.A. from Oklahoma City University, Th.B., from Southwestern College, M.A. from University of Oklahoma and M.Div. from Oral Roberts University; he has also done graduate study at UGA. He has taught at EC since 1982; his courses include the Philosophy of Religion, Christian Ethics, Theology, and Cross-Cultural Ministries.
Mr. Oxley says, “Teaching is exciting to me because I believe learning and personal growth are part of the ongoing experience of being human, especially being a Christian…. I enjoy teaching theology courses which encourage students to work out their own views. Theology… is a most practical and prayerful subject matter that is needed for developing our personal beliefs…Theological education results in practice….
