Mark, his wife Alison, and their two children moved to the area in 2012. He holds a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Messiah College, an M.A. in Theological Studies and an M.A. in Biblical Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary and is finishing his Ph.D. dissertation in Religious Studies with a concentration in New Testament at Marquette University. He is ordained in the Christian Churches and has served in pastoral roles for over 12 years within the Assemblies of God, the United Methodist Church, and independent churches. He has also taught as a Language Teaching Fellow at Asbury Theological Seminary and as an adjunct instructor at Carthage College and Marquette University.
Mark and his wife are excited to be a part of what God is doing here at Emmanuel. They share a passion and call to train and mentor Christian leaders and to encourage Christians to think biblically and engage the world in informed and transforming ways.
