Sean Williamson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with strong ties to Emmanuel College. He graduated from Emmanuel in 2000 with a B.A. in psychology and went on to complete his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Georgia in 2004.
He has worked in Student Life as a Residence Director and taught in the Social Sciences before being named Director of Counseling and Career Services in 2008.
Before coming to Emmanuel, Sean worked as a service coordinator, a medical social worker, a counselor in a community health center, and a Senior Mental Health Counselor at a state prison.
Sean also continues to teach at Toccoa Falls College, and at a DUI School in Northeast Georgia.
