This means that any student, new or returning, who settles his or her account in full by December 1, 2012, for Spring Semester 2013,  will get 5 percent off the cost of tuition. This 5 percent discount is applied to out-of-pocket expenses for tuition. That means after scholarships are applied, 5 percent will be deducted from your remaining balance, including any part of your tuition covered by student loans.
