Students have opportunity to seek employment while attending Emmanuel College. The college cannot guarantee all students employment since there are more students than available positions. Students are encouraged to submit their application for student employment as soon as possible. All positions are paid at least minimum wage and the college issues checks directly to students on a monthly basis.
The two types of student employment are:
Federal Work-Study (FWS) is for students who have demonstrated need according to the results of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Institutional Work-Study (IWS) is for students who are not eligible for the Federal Work-Study program, including international students.
