Dr. Jordan notes, “I have been blessed to be a professor at Emmanuel College. Here, I have had the opportunity to help young men and women gain an education in business and information systems. More important, I have had a part in helping students discover their path in following the Lord Jesus Christ. For me, this is such a reward. I know that when our students graduate, their lives are enriched by both academics and faith.”

Brief Testimonial: I have been saved since 1973. I have always valued what God has done for me personally and it is my utmost desire to integrate the faith I’ve been so graciously given with students’ learning experiences, and I have that opportunity here at Emmanuel. I am the father of two children– Joanna and John III. Joanna is a 2003 Emmanuel Graduate in Biblical Studies and completed her Master’s Degree in Biblical History and Geography from Jerusalem University College while living in Israel. She is now married to Art Roa and has 2 children, Gideon, age 6 years, and Amos, age 4. She works at the Clemson University (SC) library extension. John III graduated as a Politics major with a concentration in East Asian studies at Washington and Lee University in Virginia. He spent a year in Japan after he graduated college, and since then has completed a master’s degree in International Relations from Seton Hall University (NJ). He will be married this coming September (2022)! And last, but not least, I have a wonderful godly wife of 43 years, Judy, who is teaching history as an adjunct professor at Emmanuel, but also enjoys being a grandmother!
